The long road to a perfect floor
It takes about 50 years to produce a Kährs floor. The tree has to grow, be cared for and then harvested. The logs must be sawn. The timber dried. The strips sanded and sorted. Some boards are brushed, beveled or stained to enhance the beauty of the surface. Finally, the floors have to be finished or oiled and then packaged before they can be transported to you.
